Denis Bederov the solution developer

Denis Bederov the solution developer

If I had to pitch myself, I would immediately come to the conclusion that I always approach the core problem, work my way in-depth to discover new solutions that other people or scientists would not have encountered.

Denis Bedrov’s inner urge

This inner urge to turn problems into solutions is a character trait that sets me apart. I not only create solutions that reach their goals faster, but also those that are novel and innovative.

This attitude has been with me all my life. It’s like thinking of a scientist who wants to reveal deeply hidden secrets. To discover something new and to enjoy creating and being useful to people, as well as to have an impact on the world and to create a world, that makes me special as human.

Especially in technical and scientific fields, I could prove this ability several times. As a technical visionary, a passionate space and radio scientist or as an amateur radio operator, I have experienced many situations during my life, in which problems of a human or technical type have emerged. To this day, I have fun and enjoy solving these problems.

The development of Denis Bederov to a leadership personality

During my career, I became more and more from a loner to a leader and a leadership personality. Today I have a lot of employees to those I spread my attitude to life and work to the heart.

Many of today´s problems I approach no longer operational but delegate and manage it to my team. In this phase as an entrepreneur, I learn a lot and develop my skills as a leader, scientist and also as a human on and on.

And despite all the entrepreneurial duties and the eloquent leadership of my team, I am always aware that the deep urge to search for solutions, to discover and to create it always comes up in me and I´m questioning and explore, how I would have solved the problem alone.

How would Denis Bederov describe himself in just one word?

If I had to describe myself with one word, then it would probably be the word “solution developer”. But actually this word describes me very well.
